I’ve loved crafting for as long as I can remember. It started young, watching my mum lose herself in whatever project she had on the go, and it’s carried on into the next generation — my own daughter is just as passionate about it now. Crafting has always been the thread running through our family. My mum used to make me and my sisters matching dresses when we were little.

For 26 years, I worked for the NHS, but when redundancy came, it felt like a sign rather than a setback. It was time to take the leap and turn my lifelong passion into something of my own — Crafted by Nat was born from that moment, with the hope of helping others discover the same joy in creating and crafting that I’ve always found.

Today that means handmade kits with everything you need to start a project, plus stationery made with the same care. And when I’m not crafting, I’m probably being supervised by Megatron and Primrose, my two rescue cats, who have a knack for turning up for a cuddle exactly when it’s needed most or running around after my two teenage children.
